Hi folks, My father has a 130 honda outboard which seems to having an issue with the starter getting hot after cruising around for a half hour or so. Replace main relay, engine cranks, I have spark, injectors are working, but I cannot get 12 volts to the electric fuel pump. If I manually put voltage to fuel pump it works fine.
