Found the fuse under the rear seat on the driver side. IF those are in place, then test the 2 wires to the blower motor with an old school test light. No power means the blower motor controller. Power means the blower motor is bad. Step 1: Take out the blend door actuator. Take out the Chevy blend door actuator, located near the heater box using a screwdriver, and disconnect the wiring clips. The clips may break if they are brittle, so work with a light hand. Press the wiring connector tab, remove the clips and pull it off.This is a common problem on the Trailblazer. This is due to failure of the mode actuator. To fix the problem, the mode actuator will need to be replaced.
