The T1X's always suffer from an ejection issue eventually due to the design and that little spring getting loose. The CZ 457 MTR is around $750 if you want to guarantee yourself a match barrel, otherwise the standard 457's are lottery barrels but they're never worse than a RPRR. The Bergara B14r was my first choice, but it just doesn't shoot $400 better than the CZ, and the Tikka T1x only comes with a plastic stock. Probably one decision you really can't go wrong on! The specs show the T1x with 20" barrel weight @ 5.3 lbs. The Bergara BMR with 20" carbon fiber barrel @ 5.4 lbs. The Bergara BMR with 18" steel barrel @ 5.5 lbs. Since these are all synthetic stocked rifles the weights should be pretty accurate.

The B14-R is very nice in how you can configure it for shooting positional or from a bench.
