Ddo strimtom.
This strike is woven into the build as it is AoE, applies a debuff, deals force damage, and most importantly: procs the paranoia/dark imbuement ability. Paranoia really pushes your damage even higher because of the investment into Sneak Damage which this build goes into (bettered further with gear, lives etc).
Nice build post Strimtom. Can you give a CHA and Spellpower breakdown for us newly returning players? I'm still grappling with the Ravenloft uber loot bonuses and enhancement changes. Secondly, has anyone actually verified that max. caster level bonuses are actually working?. I did a bunch of empirical work on this when the Savants first came outDDO interface does not allow for scaling. As a result, it can be pretty hard to see the buttons and icons at extreme resolutions, because the controls are simply too small. Fortunately, some ways exist that work for at least some players to alleviate the situation: Font size can be changed in-game: Options > UI Settings tab > Chat Font.Apart from Strimtom's splits, other options include: Cleric or FvS 12 for level 6 spells, Divine Might, and other class bonuses. Wizard 12 for level 6 spells and Pale Master undead form for survivability. I don't argue how incredible mass frog is for R10 and raids in general, but so far I've been leaning towards the more defense focused build for being able to lead groups with. Strimtom's low defenses (comparatively) is more a factor of his gear, past lives, and setup rather than a factor of being WIS based.

If you don't have enough racial points, just don't put points in the halfling tree at end game.
