It seems like a good company. We also just decided to switch from Personal Capital (PC) to Facet. Primary reason is fees. We will pay $3k a year flat to Facet vs the almost $10k a year to Personal Capital. I would have really liked to stay with PC but the disparity in cost just couldn't be overcome.
