Other option is Monk if you have good enough stats. A shadow monk/horizon walker ranger is a pretty lethal combo. Forge Cleric 1 gets you access to some great spells from the cleric list as well as a +1 weapon/armor. Wouldn't recommend going much further though, since Horizon Walker pops off at higher levels a bit.

I played a pure 20 Dark Hunter Drow using Scimitars, it's pretty solid just put most points into Tempest and dont touch Dark Hunter that much in the early gane but make sure to grab the imbue since its stronger than the one from Tempest then focus on Tempest untill you get to lvl 12 and have Dance of Death then spend some points into Horizon Walker and put 1 point into No Step Missed or spend ...
