UWorld is, on average, slightly harder than AAMC. Relative difficulty imo would look like: CARS QP1 > UWorld, FL1 > average MCAT CARS section. I've been getting 70-80% on UWorld, which I think agrees with my FL1 CARS score of 127. Keep in mind I've also done all of TPR 2016, EK101, and NS108.

The questions are also usually shorter and give you less information (I think). I failed my NCLEX a few days ago, but IMO the NCLEX is at the same level/easier than UWorld.

I would highly recommend doing Uworld before the SB's if you can, you learn so much from their explanations and I feel as if Uworld is better at identifying content gaps whereas SB's are more for understanding AAMC logic and testing format of the hardest passages.
