I have a 2001 Prairie 400 that has some kind of an electrical problem. I put in a new battery and when I turn it on I don't get any indication that there is any life in the ATV. Sometimes they're stuck. If that's the case, WD40 will sometimes loosen them. If the cable pulls out of the plunger, use a screwdriver to reach in and turn the plunger while pulling.Bayou 400 issues. The fan switch is in the radiator, so it does not get hot enough to kick on when the thermostat is stuck shut. If you look at the module with the terminals pointing down, the two on the left go to the pickup coil (black and blue on my '86).Curious what you find out.
