Apothecary + Food Addon is the better mod right now, IMO. I’m a former CACO user who switched to Apothecary when I realized that I don’t use most of CACO’s new features. The bombs, waxes, and poultices are very underwhelming unless you restrict yourself to alchemy for a themed playthrough. I've never found CACO blueberries. ETAC adds some merchants in various places; One of the ones outside Whiterun has Cocoa, Flour and Cooking Oil. another has strawberries. The merchants in Dragon Bridge East have similar products.
