Subaru outback passenger window not working.
As the title says, the switch to control the front passenger window from the driver side has suddenly stopped working. I can still control the passenger window from the passenger door switch. I also have not recently replaced my battery or made any other modifications. I tried the 10-second reset trick that some others have posted about ...

There does not seem to be any obvious binding of the window. It's less noticeable on the driver's window because the only switch still works for manual up and down, just not automatic up and down. 2015 Outback 2.5i Premium. Pull the driver's window switch up and continue holding it up for a few seconds after it's fully closed. Repeat for the passenger window from the passenger's seat. Done! Remove the master switch panel from the door (again). With the connectors removed, locate connector D7, which is a rectangular connector with 16 pins. Dec 10, 2017 · Using the passenger side switch to reset it, just put it half way up and stop, then pull all the way up and hold the switch until it stops. Then push it all the way down and hold until it stops. If it's not defective that should reset it and it will work with the driver side control as well.
