Twinblades are good to buildup status effects, in which case I would go bleed infusion and do arcane. As dual build status buildup got nerfed, I would go 2 hand twinblade. If you can stand the lowest range among twinblades, the gargoyle one gets more benefit from strengh and as its 2 handed this benefit goes a bit further.
