Not getting anywhere. Tried using the billboard code as a +4 keyword for the second clue cipher. No such luck. Pretty sure the billboard is the name of the road from QR1, but haven’t figured out the cipher or how the +4 fits in. I haven’t. I think someone is gonna get lucky and be on the right trail and just understand the last clues - or maybe not even that.
