So im not sure if you found a solution on this, but I was testing spawn locations on my Gportal PZ server, and got it work by only changing the Spawnpoint coordinates in the "Basic Settings" part of Gportal. I went to PZ Map Project for coordinates, and tried a location in Muldraugh, outside of that town, and inside the big park in the Major City.There are a lot of interesting buildings and it has excellent Louisville access if you want to challenge yourself later!
