If you have the 30th dlc, go to the treasure hoard, talk to Xur and he has weekly bounties for you to do in Dares of Eternity. His last two Bounties reward 5 paraversaul hauls (one bounty gives 3, the other gives 2). These are pretty good to get since they can award up to 3 treasure keys per open (and sometimes even weapons).

I think sets like that are exclusive to Xur on a weekend. I could be wrong but he tends to bring a reissued armour set occasionally.
