Replaced the wire harness that goes to the coils dues to a broken wire. Had a local dealer test the 3 port isolation module and it tested "good".Diagnosing "No Power to Control". With Winter fast approaching, the endless flood of people saying "My controller won't turn on!!! Need help asap!!!" is undoubtedly coming. My 2015 did the same thing, radio, bluetooth and steering wheel controls all worked but display was black. Dealer reseating some connections in the dash for it.

So your getting NO SIGNAL from the controller to the solenoid. One little pin needs to be grounded and the other pin is signal power from the controller. There should be a red wire coming out of the braid jacketed harness that plugs into the controller. It should come out 12 " maybe from the plug, locating it under the dash. PIA. ok, so Checked all of the cables for power, it seems that the 11 pin wire is getting power and ground in 2 of the holes that don't match up to the 3 pin. The 3 pins are in the middle, and the 2 holes are closer to the end on the 11 plug.
