Theres no "best" tds loadout, as long as you have Accel,commander, farm, solid early game tower and the 5th one is either DJ or another solid dps tower then you can easily call it the "Best" loadout... Might want to start your group on something like the above. It's far from the best possible setup for 4 players, but if all 4 players are on the same page and at least 1 player is not stupid and has the balls to call shots you can't lose on any map except dead ahead (because it doesn't have space for rangers ofc).
