My Dell Inspiron 5680 is flashing an orange light on the power button. The pattern is two quick flashes and then repeat. The fans are spinning but theres no display. I can't find anything on the internet. Specs are i7 8700k, 8 gb ram, 1060 3bg, 1 tb hdd, blue skull motherboard.
