Nope if you dismantle you won't get the shader. It works like the past seasons flawless chest shaders. It's more like a trophy for the armor or weapon it's on. I dismantled gauntlets and didn't get it. Still have it on my Sola's Scar. But I had it pop up in collections if I recall previous shaders did not.
