We filed our i130 spousal (Nebraska) in middle of January 2021 and got our NOA1 the same day. Our case status changed to 'actively reviewing' on 17th March 2021 and yesterday it changed to approved - so hopefully not long!I did everything online on April 5th 2022 and since April 6th the case status says ‘Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS’. I read on different forums that a lot of people dont get this message until a few months after submitting the i-130. My general take is that active review immediately after submission/biometrics on either I-130/I-485 is meaningless as far as predicting a case timeline, it probably just means someone has glanced at your paperwork/online documents and nothing major is missing that would trigger an early RFE or deficiency notice. There's no impact. They're both different applications even when filed together so they're not always approved at the same time. Sometimes i485 gets approved right after like same day or within a couple days or so.
