My Frigidaire dehumidifier is running constantly for days, but no water is collecting in the bucket. It worked fine last year, but this year it is not collecting any water. It currently shows 62% humidity. I tried to lower it to 35% to force it to collect water, but it keeps going back to 62%.
Since it's a new hose, make sure there isn't a a clog in the pan where the hose connects. Pour some vinegar down the hose while it's connected to the dehumidifier. If it doesn't drain into "bucket" then you know it's clogged higher up than the hose. Secure the hose upwards and see if it empties overnight or after a few hours.
