A couple treatments that work great for me (after the fact) are those bug bite suckers, and Benadryl makes a topical "pen". The bug bite sucker is 10/10 but only if you get at them within maybe the first 15 minutes of noticing you've been bitten. After that, the "itch stick" is a great backup.
