I made the decision to migrate from TradeStation to Tradovate today, actually. The reasons were 1- although with TS. I’m currently paying mower commission fees their support is horrendous. They don’t have live chat, no email. The only option is “you can call us and that’s the only thing we offer” that’s too much for me to swallow.
