The Center boss can be cheese a bit, but gathering the tributes for that fight is a pain in the ass. Getting them for alpha Val is significantly easier. Plus you only need to be level 70 for alpha Val. r/ARK.Otherwise it makes no sense to give players the tek stuff that easily.
