i was thinking throttle cable, but, if I pull over right when its happening, turn the cart off, and press the pedal down, the throttle isnt sticking (with just the pedal). Im thinking its somehow related to the governor, because I cant see it while im driving. Other thing is, only happens when its warmed up.
