Other than the Season 5 XP Token exchange, there are four sets we're looking at here: S5 93 OVR BND Player Fantasy Pack (4 Repeats) - Requires 1 token. S5 94 OVR BND Player Fantasy Pack (2 Repeats) - Requires 2 tokens. I have 2 rookie premier tokens and when trying to complete the 2 set, it says one of the token is "Unavailable " this item is not eleigble for any set. The other token is able to be out into the set. I have completed 2 area for 5 and 1 set of 1. I have not completed any of the 2 set before and says I have 3 left to complete.
