How to remove a recessed faucet aerator.

Long story short, our water system is from a well. Occasionally I have to take out the faucet aeroators from around the house and soak them in vinegar to clear out sediment so that the faucets don't get clogged. The only faucet I have yet to figure out is the Delta faucet in one of the bathrooms. I have no idea how to get that thing out!
