Basically, the KS47 uppers are wider to allow for AK mags to fit. In order to make a standard upper work, you would need to add material to it. This can be done be welding aluminum to a standard upper, and then machining it for KS47 specs. It is definitely doable, but it would take the right tools, right knowledge, and the time and desire to do it.
