Wonderful group of individuals to work with on a daily basis, who truly do care for the patients. Company is working extensively to listen to the voice of the clinicians/non-clinical staff to make positive changes. Cons. Too much change over a period of time without the appropriate change management/communication.

For a mental health company to behave the way they do and treat employees with such disregard, this strikes me as really contradictory and odd. Don’t bother reporting harassment because it will be disregarded. This company is all about their money and it shows.
