I was thinking both those Marlin 336 "SC's" I was talking about in 30-30 & .35 Rem Caliber were Mfg in the early 1960's. I see now on the Table posted on this site Marlin didn't use several Alphabetical Letter's in their Serial Number Prefix codes like "I", "O" "Q" and "X".
