He has slightly higher-than-average HP to compensate, but FGO is a game where attack is almost always more important (unless you’re a support unit, like Jeanne), so this is definitely a weakness for Vlad—especially since he’s a Berserker and will be taking double damage. It may not be obvious at first glance just how ludicrously good Chen Gong’s NP is. It’s a variant on Arash’s NP in that it deals AoE damage with an ST multiplier and then kills a unit—though in Chen’s case it’s not himself but rather the ally in the first party slot (or the third, if Chen occupies the first himself) who dies.

Cu has a dodge, so my usual “dodge is better” complaint is moot. Protection from Arrows is one of the best dodge skills in the game. The dodge can potentially last more than a turn if you’re lucky (and it’s impossible to waste the effect), and it gives a small defense boost on top of that, and all on a normal cooldown.
In Conclusion: For our long-awaited Quick support, Osakabehime is rather disappointing. With the right team, she can be decent, but Waver, Sherlock, and Merlin are still probably going to support Quick teams better than she will despite not being dedicated Quick supports. She’s a mediocre Buster crit DPS, but in specific team comps she suddenly becomes an integral part of what is arguably the best stall team in the game.
