The reason you have to reclear alot of the older lost sectors is because they got updated when shadowkeep launched. The bosses were updated to nightmare bosses so required a fresh clear. Later in the shadowkeep year we got the first legend lost sectors with season of the Worthy as well so. #6.you must have done the lost sector at least once normally plus you must reach the soft power cap for them to appear on your destinations map. The soft power cap for Season of the Chosen is 1250. I think legend lost sectors may becapped from 1190 to 1219/1225 ish Light. When I returned to the EDZ the lost sector flag wasn't appearing anymore, and today the Quarry flag isn't showing up either. I've done both of these lost sectors before, did them again after Lightfall just in case, and I'm above the soft cap. Legend lost sectors rotate daily at reset - 9am PST. It's somewhere different now.
