Uworld is pretty close to the real deal, especially for a third party company. The BEST thing about Uworld is the crazy in depth explanation for every single question and getting lots of practice with timing down.In my experience AAMC passages are more convoluted and hard to understand, but the questions are usually answered in the passages. Uworld on the other hand tests on a lot more “low yield” stuff that you might just need to know and won’t be able to find in the passage.
