I removed everything and changed the water pump, timing belt, tensioner and pully (1st timing belt job. Made easy by this forum (Thanks). I used RTV sealant on the water pump gasket. Got it into the dealer (still under warranty) and it was "verified" and fixed, err "fixed", with some new seals.

Kia has a factory defect with the glass sunroof sealant adhesion on the sorento. Take it to the dealership asap. What has to happen is a glass guy needs to cut the roof glass out without damaging it and the urethane needs to be removed from the vehicles glass mating surface.
