TL;DR: Mohela is erroneously adding ineligible months from my grace period as qualifying payments to my tracker for an unknown reason and I’m worried it will cause problems. They’ve been adding some months, if they give them to you it’s because Ed has told them to via the waiver. Just roll with it.

All my payments 2013 to current accurately transferred to Mohela last month and are Qualified. If the payments prior to 2013 get qualified I will be over 120. I am anxiously checking Mohela everyday and hopefully the 'no bill due' will work itself out and become qualified.

Mohela's PSLF Payment Tracker is way better. My transfer to Mohela from Fedloans was complete on 8/18/22 and they gave me access to my payment tracker today. You're most likely to wait some time, then get a count by old rules first (which will be wrong), then after another waiting period, you'll get a waiver count.

Mohela's payment tracker has this disclaimer: "Your PSLF eligible and qualified periods are expected to be updated through the PSLF Limited Waiver process by the end of August based on your certified employment/employer. We appreciate your patience during the PSLF transition to MOHELA."
