There is one way but it would have to be the whole bar. If you go into HUD settings select on bar x and click on the settings then you can make it bigger like 120% or 140%. This isn't officially supported and only available through the use of third party tools which are against the TOS. Hold up.

Off the top of my head I recommend Simple Tweaks, NoClippy, Penny Pincher, MacroChain (for crafting), Penumbra (for aesthetic/appearance mod management), and Glamourer (absolute god for glamour previews) for general QoL purposes.
