I have depleted my Unique powder supply. I have access to some 800X, but the reloading data doesn't show a 7/8 ounce load using 800X powder and Winchester 209 primers.Rem SP20 Wad 22.0gr Blue Dot 1155FPS 9500PSI . Good Shooting, George. ... You would be far better off to use the Remington SP20 wads or those made for 1 oz. loads by Gualandi, if you just have to use 1 oz. loads in the 20 ga. For whatever it's worth, in my opinion, anything over a 7/8 oz. load in the 20 ga. is a step backwards anyway. Before ordering, I checked Recob's and they also had the Rem SP20 wads a bit cheaper. Since I already had a order started with Recob's, I ordered from them. 2000 wads was the 'sweet spot' for shipping for my order. The devil is always in the details. The trick is figuring out which ones that matter.

Dove, high volume, small shot, anything over 1300 fps in steel will work. One ounce of #6 or 5 steel is great. Loads with Long Shot or 800X available. Quail and chuckars, less volume shells. Much tougher birds. Need 1400 fps loads of at least #5 steel. For wild chuckars, ##3 steel is even better with fours a minimum.
