I fear she is in decline -- in a wheelchair, constant oxygen, draining every other day. Sarah had to be off steroids for treatment to have any chance of working. When Jenny's become anxious in the past and been worried about running out of treatment options (which eventually happens to all stage 4 patients), Kyle has pacified her by saying there is always more treatments available. He knows treatments aren't curative for Jenny. The best he can hope for is that it buys Jenny a little extra time.
