Turn off flashlight fallout 4.

As long as your INI file is correct all you have to do to update the FOV in your current save is open the console and do 'fov 90' or whatever value you have set in your INI. Then once you save it will be fine from that point on.Anybody know how to turn on the flashlight. I was in a dark room and couldn't see anything. ...
