The line was initially faint and gradually increased to a obvious bfp although not as dark as control line it was still fairly dark. However frer's have not gotten any darker? No line at all. :( however just done another 2 strip tests and both have a faint line on. whats going on. I'm going crazy. Going to wait for FMU tomorrow with a frer but surely it's diluted now it wouldn't show up on a cheapy.

Re: faint lines for days,,, I would not interpret any result outside of the recommended time frame. Test in the morning using a FRER with FMU. When I got my positive, I had a faint but clear line less than a minute out on a FRER at 11 dpo. By 13 dpo, I had a line showing up in well under the window on a wondfo.

Same boat. Faint lines 3 days in a row. It can take some women 3 days to double. The frer also looks at a specific type of hcg that is usually produced early. We just may not be the women who produce that type. I’m going to try a different brand tomorrow and then a digital. I’ve heard of women having a negative frer and positive digital.

I read it was bad to do that so I stopped the daily testing, but I caved and tested again today (6w+3d). Though still clearly positive, it was fainter than my 5w5d test, so I got the CVS brands of FR and CB, regular and digital. The digitals of course came back positive, and the CVS versions of FRER and CB regular tests were straight-up dye ... BFP on the FRER (although not as dark as the control line, but it's a line!), but a BFN on a Clear Blue?I'm 8DPO and just did a FRER. A very, very faint pink line appeared almost straight away but I'm not sure if it's an evap line. It was still there throughout the ten minute time period. I then did a CB digital and it said not pregnant. I haven't edited the pic in any way but it does show up quite strongly if I invert the colours.

I got an obvious line on cb when frer had barely a squinter. I can see progression in your cheapies! You also have to remember hcg doubles every 24-48 hours so you may not see a difference each day or a difference between morning and evening , but should every 2ish days.Maybe try a pink line test like an FRER. At least they are a lot less likely to give you an evaporation line and are very sensitive, more so than boots ones. Try again with fmu. I'm afraid it could be a yes or no at the moment, but a faint line an hour after testing doesn't help you either way.

A few days prior to my missed period I had positives on the strips and a digital but then a couple days later the digital was negative but still positive on the strips. That was a Saturday and the day my period was due. By Tuesday evening I started cramping and my period started so it’s considered a chemical pregnancy.
