Buffalo City Bar was owned by Frank who opened Buffalo City in 2003. He ran it for 14 years but passed away during routine surgery. The bar was left to be run by his daughter Doreen. She was thrust into it and has been overwhelmed by how it has deteriorated. She can't even open a tab or make a single drink.
As of 2024, The Shot Exchange is still open and serving customers in Santa Clarita, CA. The bar is quite active on its Facebook page, regularly posting about events and specials. This includes live DJs and other musical events, as well as lots of specials for sports (mostly NFL games).The bar had a stop and start road since Bar Rescue but it is now closed for good.
