Until you get those, you can run any backpack with the talent adrenaline rush and any smg or shotgun combination as a weapon. The build is 4pc HF (mask, holster, gloves and knees) withe 2 of them having crit chance and 2 having crit damage. I did it mainly with countdown (challenging) targeted loot backpack. That's because Momento backpack doesn't exist in the game. Memento backpack, on the other hand, can drop anywhere with targeted backpack drops. Try running Countdown a few times, I actually had 2-3 targeted exotic drops in one session. Summit, if you don't mind the boredom.
