Hi, this will be our first trip to Croatia and our first trip post the covid nightmare. Needless to say, we are super excited to go. I am struggling with where to fly in and out of?? We are seasoned travelers, we have about 12-13 days to enjoy the sites, love wine and food and anything historical.

Split is the second largest city in Croatia and has a vibrant all year life - Trogir is tiny and beautiful. The architectural grandeur is on a different level, though I did enjoy Vis Town. I am an annual visitor to Hvar. Replete with charm. Take the walk up to the fortress. Lovely coastal walks in either direction of the town. Honestly, both options are well worthy of 2+ day. Whichever decision you make will be a good one.
