I googled it, thought it was an actuator cause I heard the common clicking. Blower still didn't work. The sludge problem was in some 2012 and older models and the new coolant prevents the chemical reaction that caused the white sludge to form. you may have air in the system. pop the top heater hose off at the dash and fill it until coolant flows from both ends. also do the same thing on the coolant temp sensor that sits on the big plastic ...Also you might try updating the UConnect firmware to the recent new version 17.43.01.
