I had a blueprint weapon in the insured slot and could never spawn with it or any other gear. Removed the blueprint and just made a new gun build from scratch and haven't had the issue since. The guns showed up in game. As a side note: I tried entering a 2nd game before coming up with the idea to edit the tuning. Same bug no guns. However this time I drove straight to exfill and when I returned to the lobby my insured weapons were still equipped with no cooldown.
