Cheat terminal* is a mod for xbox one and maybe ps4. On pc you can just use console commands. Rug glitch, pillar glitch, and wire glitch are the ones I use and they still work. Mod's being available on PS4 and XBOX1 have made the glitches practically useless anyways. They aren't useless if you still want achievements.

Scrap everything wood in your settlements then build a bunch fence posts for 2 wood each, then scrap them all and build more of them! You can rinse and repeat until you go crazy or run out of wood. to fix this change this in the falloutprefs.ini file; fMeshLODLevel2FadeDist=999999. fMeshLODLevel1FadeDist=999999. I changed it into; fMeshLODLevel2FadeDist=40000. fMeshLODLevel1FadeDist=80000. Now the basegame loads the meshes fine, just textures will stay lod at some times. 3rd entry here about a different issue, that seems to be significantly more minor than the prior ones.
