So I play Ark on single player or host non-dedicated sessions to play with friends, and I have had a problem with Gigas not spawning. Gigas are just super rare on the island. I only ever saw two there and that's with hundreds of hours of playtime and massively boosted dino spawn rates. Lost island has the most giga spawns. Idk what these people are on but the OG map, the islands, on top of the mountains, is going to be your best bet. Official or unofficial servers.
