The VRO has been disengaged a while back so I mix my own oil now, I found a replacement part for a fuel pump without the oil pump for about 250$.

The "low oil" alarm is for when the oil resevoir is low. I would immediately mix the fuel to 50::1, in case the no oil alarm is accurate, until you fix the motor.When the arm is vertical, shift forward and reverse by hand, turn the prop or let the engine run. (never shift into gear when prop is not turning). The angel of travel for the shift arm should be the same from neutral to forward as neutral to reverse.
