Personally, I just read through the 86pg K/A notes without any background knowledge. I then referenced back to it during FLs and saw a 126 to 130+ jump on my FLs and then actual. I think the 300 page is pretty over kill, but if you have the time and feel more confident with it honestly just read through it in chunks and you should be fine.

Im doing the OCD PS notes because i only have about 4 days left. I would say if you have time and you work better when given examples, 300 pg notes would be better for you. But if you are good with just knowing definitions and some examples (not all the words have examples), then the 100 pg would be more your style. After finishing with Kaplan, I used the KA 100 page compilation to find anything that I or Kaplan might have missed. I wouldn't actually recommend the 300 page document if you do it like this, since you'll already have learned most of the information. A lot of people will say anki decks or the 300 page doc but those really didn't work for me (not saying that those are bad! Just offering an alternative) I read through the Kaplan book and did a bunch of AAMC questions, UEarth questions, and bought some exam kracker's tests and did the psych/soc questions.

The 300 page P/S document absolutely SUCKS. I'm really sorry. I'm grateful to whoever took the time to create this document, but there are so many typos. SO MANY. The sentences are incoherent. The ideas are disjointed. The format is a nightmare. The "lazy OCD" version is exactly the same. Same sentences, different format. n=1 as well but the Kaplan book was poorly explained imho and had some inconsistencies with what I had previously learned as a neuroscience major.
