Remove the panel and unplug it from the back. Leave it unplugged for at least 15 minutes so that it loses all of the residual power and is completely shut off. Check to make sure there isn't any corrosion built up anywhere preventing the screen from making a proper connection. After that plug it back in. This should take care of the issue.
