I've only tried it with my rugged Alaskan so far but I was extremely impressed with the performance, lack of gas to face and the nice tone. I didn't see one as being better than the other in the accuracy department. The gen1 piston barrels cycled cheap, low pressure stuff better than the gen2 in my experience. The gen2 struggles to be gassed enough to run reliably suppressed with a Rugged Razor 7.62. It is a single shot unsuppressed.
